We've just passed the six-month milestone since receiving the keys to this beautiful space. It's been an incredible journey, and we’re thrilled with how our first few months have unfolded.
After many years running a successful location company (Love Locations) and organising productions for various clients, we knew exactly what was needed. We had specific requirements: a stunning daylight studio in South London, excellent transport links, situated in a vibrant community, and surrounded by fantastic local shops, restaurants, and bars.
The owners Sam and Jacob have walked past the space for years, they often admired the building, quietly hoping it might one day it would be theirs. When they saw the space was up for lease they jumped at the opportunity, renaming the space Brixton Warehouse and opened their doors.
Today, we’re delighted to say we've achieved our early ambition: establishing a thriving creative hub in Brixton, welcoming creatives from across London and beyond.

Creators’ Delight
We’ve welcomed many amazingly talented creators and influencers through our doors, introducing us to inspiring new brands. The feedback we've received about our beautifully crafted set builds—expertly created by Tim Warren—and stunning backdrops designed by Jacob, has been fantastic.
Our goal was versatility: ready-made, beautifully finished backdrops complemented by carefully chosen furniture. Our textured plaster and lime wash walls perfectly complement the building's original white-painted brickwork, while our stylish arches and unique corner setups add interest to shoots. With a wide range of Colorama backgrounds also on hand, the possibilities are endless.

Looking for a Unique Event Space in Brixton?
Brixton Warehouse has quickly become a sought-after venue for celebrations—especially baby showers. Our fully-equipped catering kitchen streamlines food preparation, and our photogenic backdrops provide the perfect stage for stylish balloon arches and decorative setups. The spacious studio comfortably accommodates long trestle tables for communal dining, DJs, and plenty of dancing space.
Last December, we hosted our first Christmas party in collaboration with @familiasneurodiversas23, creating a magical event for incredible children and families, complete with Santa visits, festive games, and even a giant inflatable gingerbread man.
The Gathering: Supper Clubs and Social Events
It's thrilling to see events become increasingly adventurous as people rediscover the joy of in-person connection. Dining experiences and supper clubs have emerged as fresh alternatives to traditional gatherings, offering unique culinary and social interactions. Our studio has proven ideal for such events, providing comfortable bench seating at our long communal tables, alongside ample room for music, socialising, and dancing.
Conveniently located just minutes from Brixton Market, known for its sensational global flavours and fresh produce, Brixton Warehouse makes catering supper clubs effortless, with everything from Caribbean spices to artisanal pastries available right on our doorstep.

Flashing Lights: Fashion & Beauty Shoots
From fashion editorials featuring motorbike-riding models (@jamielee8k) to beauty brands launching new collections, our studio attracts exciting projects regularly. Our comprehensive in-house lighting equipment and availability of both natural daylight and blackout conditions ensure maximum versatility.
Recent highlights include @soedited.co magazine’s dramatic fashion shoot—showcasing the studio’s adaptability and unique aesthetic. Baby and children's brands also return regularly, drawn to our beautiful natural lighting and photogenic backdrops.

We’ve received fantastic feedback from corporate clients who regularly use Brixton Warehouse for portraits, podcasts, and professional interviews. When clients return repeatedly, it’s the ultimate compliment, and we proudly see that happening often.
Recently, entrepreneur Hannah Lee chose our studio to create engaging images and videos for her exciting new business launch. A tech consultancy firm also selected Brixton Warehouse to produce creative digital content, demonstrating the versatility and appeal of our space for diverse business needs.
"I booked a day at the Brixton warehouse for a photoshoot to create images for my business and new website. I had quite an ambitious plan to build 3 sets and create several different shoot layouts. I had models and a hair stylist, props and wardrobe changes and I was worried about getting it all done in a day.
However, the location was completely perfect for what I needed. The light, space, lighting equipment and layouts were ideal, and Sam and Jacob (the studio owners) made me feel really calm and looked after. Nothing was too much to ask.
The studio has a lovely feeling of being very private and tucked away, even though it’s located very close to Brixton station. Everyone involved was able to find it easily, and we all really enjoyed spending the day there. I was able to achieve everything I had planned and more. I’d highly recommend this space for shoots and filming, it would also be great for an event."

Launch Pad
Brixton Warehouse is quickly gaining a reputation as the ideal venue for brand activations and product launches. Recently, we hosted a multimedia event for the lifestyle community @twproject. The event combined filming, photography, and a celebration—all under one roof in a single day.
We've also hosted diverse music launches and book readings, attracting members of the local community and guests from afar.

I hadn’t even been to the venue in person but Jacob’s, professionalism, enthusiasm about the venue and willingness to accommodate my project was a win for me.

Wellness Hub
In addition to creative and corporate pursuits, Brixton Warehouse is quickly becoming a popular wellness destination. We host regular yoga classes every Monday and Sunday, alongside unique workshops and events focused on holistic health and mindfulness.
A memorable highlight was the innovative combination of Pilates and painting sessions led by @pilatesandpours. Our space has hosted a vibrant range of events, from ecstatic dance sessions to meditative evenings, catering to various wellness interests.
Our co-founder, Sam, is an experienced yoga teacher herself and immediately recognised the calm energy within Brixton Warehouse—making it perfect for wellness practices.
